1. What We Provide

• Project-based interior design visualization powered by Nano Banana.
• Room photo uploads, custom materials, prompt libraries, and the "Help Me Write" assistant.
• Storage for generated visuals, prompts, and organization tools.
• Beta experiences that may evolve or be discontinued—credits are promotional.

2. Accounts & Security

• Create an account with a valid email and password; keep credentials private.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account; report unauthorized access immediately.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms; unused V Points are forfeited.
• Before deleting, request data export—allow up to 30 days for delivery.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use Vizino AI only for lawful interior design or personal planning.
• Do not upload infringing, obscene, harmful, or discriminatory content.
• Do not abuse the platform (spam, scraping, reverse-engineering, impersonation).
• Respect copyright—only upload content you own or have permission to use.

• The platform is provided "as-is"—we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or perfect results.
• AI-generated visuals are for inspiration; verify materials with qualified professionals before acting.
• We are not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages.
